Return and cancellation policy

Return & Exchange Policy - Probadminton.in

If the item you receive is not right for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 5 days of delivery.

We will arrange the return pickup for you – you do not need to ship the product yourself.

Charges Applicable:

  • ₹200 for returning a product
  • ₹100 for product exchange

These charges will be collected while processing your return/exchange request.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside the shipping box
  • Accessories, strings, bags must be unused, with original packaging and labels

❌ Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • Product appears used, washed, or tampered with
  • Original packaging or tags are missing or damaged
  • Product was bought during sale or clearance – these items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Customized products (e.g., strung or grip-modified badminton/tennis rackets) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is damaged or broken during transit

📸 Mandatory: Images & Unboxing Video

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide:

  • Clear product images, and
  • An unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel

⚠️ Important:

  • For any damage claim, the unboxing video is mandatory
  • Without this, returns/refunds (especially for damaged or missing items) will not be processed

Refund or Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
  • Arrange an exchange for your selected item

Refund Timelines:

  • Online payments – 5–7 working days
  • COD orders – refunded via UPI only

RTO (Return to Origin) & COD Policy

  • If a COD order is not accepted/collected by the customer, the partial COD amount paid (if any) will not be refunded
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), any partial COD payment is non-refundable

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect
  • In case of damage or wrong product, the unboxing video is mandatory

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

If an order is canceled before shipping, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method, subject to the following conditions based on the payment type:

    • Prepaid Orders:

      • The customer will bear a 2% transaction charge. This fee will be deducted from the total amount before the refund is issued.

    • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

      • Amount paid below ₹300: The partial payment is entirely non-refundable.

      • Amount paid above ₹300: A deduction of ₹300 will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
